"I'm scared of being out of control"

There's no trance involved so you are awake and involved in the process throughout. You are always in control.

"I can't be hypnotised"

​

If you've tried hypnotherapy before and it didn't work it doesn't mean this will be the same. This is something we check during the free/no obligation exploratory session.

"My problem is too complex"

​

I've worked with issues that have been present for decades; often the result childhood abuse or neglect. Your mind wants you to be happy and safe – I help it achieve those goals.

"Will the changes last?"

​

Yes. Once the helpful way of thinking or behaving has changed for the better there's no reason for this to be reversed.

"What's the difference between the introduction call and the initial consultation?"

​

The introduction call is to get to know each other and to make sure we can work together. The initial consultation sets the parameters for the therapy and gives us time to open the conversation with your powerful subconscious mind.
